Requesting a minimum grade...

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but...

Say you send in 25 cards on a special, and request MG of PSA-10, and say only 11 cards come back as a 10....do you recieve vouchers for the ones that didnt? Thanks everyone...

    If you don't receive a voucher for the ones that didnt pass the minimum grade, are you reimbursed your fees or what? I have wondered this myself.
