But sold a few odds and ends on eBay and worked out a deal with John from CRO to add this AU55 beauty to my Ferdinand VII Armored Bust set.. After 7 years of collecting, I'm only 5 coins away from finally having the satisfaction of saying I completed something coin-related

Hi Stephen, 1810 HJ should be the easiest to find. 1810 TH will be a pain, and so will the over-date 1809/8 and over-assayers 1810 HJ/TH and 1811 HJ/TH. Those will be more challenging to track down, especially in AU+ condition. It might take me the next few years to find them, but it's all in the hunt
When this one is completed, I will continue to keep an eye out for upgrades, but I do have 3 other sets that I will focus on - Carlos III - Carlos IV - Fernando VII draped busts.

apart from the 1810 HJ, you have a tough task but I feel the enjoyment is derived from the actual hunt itself.
Happy Hunting.
