That seller is notorious for asking triple. He will rarely accept anything less than double what Spot is at even for fairly common bars.
There's a few others that are in the gouging State of MI that do the same thing. Must be a MI thing (Hardcore Pawn syndrome)

I never knew Barberton, OH was in Michigan? I always thought I was kinda good in geography. Maybe I just misread the post.
