Found this piece at the high tide line, about a month ago.

Pictures are large, but the cross is only about 1" high.

Still, 14kt.

    Nice find and at high tide? Wasn't lost by a beach goer. Somebody did not
    get to the beach before they lost it!

    no, I have to buy a new battery for my scale.

    But, I'd estimate it at about 2 dwt.
