    I had a recent issue with graded card sleeves. I used them for modern glossy cards from the mid 90's and this last decade. Take it, I had them in Card Saver 2's.....but the portion of the sleeve with the opening where the card was exposed didn't work out. The card photo peeled off into the Card Saver. I've had no problems with regular Topps cards. So put those glossy cards in Card Saver 1's or use full size sleeves and clip a little corner off.

    Perhaps I don't follow completely, but isnt that a CS2 problem? I would worry about them for non regular topps like cards. They are too tight. Add many of these modern cards are a little thicker and foil, if you breathe on them you can damage them....I wouldnt want them in a little vices.

    Yes, I pointed that out in my last statement. Use CS1's. Even with those, the more modern thicker cards(National Treasures) have pressure on the corners. I recently found a lot of "to be graded" I put away years ago before I was able to purchase CS1's. The Stadium Club cards didn't fare to well in CS2's, the 59 Topps were fine. I guess my point is, with cards that have that super gloss on both sides, full protection is better.
