Anyone up for some weekend Mays talk?

Here are some Mays autos that I have. Some of my favorite cards. The 1997 Topps is tough to find with the auto that clear.

Anyone want to talk about the on the field Mays? As great as Clemente, Aaron, Mantle, Banks, Snider, Berra..ect ect were.my favorite is Mays

Great cards. I never saw Mays play in person so I can't comment on his on the field style, but nice cards nonetheless.

What i meant by that was to discuss Mays the baseball player as opposed to Mays the card show signer.

A great player that would be making 30 million plus per year.

    he was daring.

he would dare any pitcher to throw him a nothing fastball on a 3-0 count.

he would dare them to pick him off first, then steal second.

he would dare any hitter to smack a gapper, then catch it with time to spare.

but the best part of watching him was how he leaned into the plate......until Drysdale buzzed his chin. image
