Anyone know if there are plastic pages available that these will fit into? Or perhaps a better way to display them other than a binder?

    There are definitely pages that fit there perfectly. They are usually referred to as Tall Boys pages and can be found at any big retailer of card storage products.
    I am buying and trading for RC's of Wilt Chamberlain, George Mikan, Bill Russell, Oscar Robertson, Jerry West, and Bob Cousy!

    They hold 6 cards per page - these are Ultrapros
