Not really. I wouldn't say one exception makes the norm. Our group sub has been there two weeks without logging in.

Been over two weeks on one of my subs, going on a week for two others. Again, I ask for loggage as well as grading, why isn't it first in, first out?
From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

Yeah, called PSA today (I'm on day 9 since delivery)
She told me all orders are taking 2 weeks to get logged in, which apparently is BS based on the OP

I cannot imagine why the delay, unless their subbed quantity quadrupled or their staff shrunk by half

had one April special log in Monday after an 11 business day wait.

another one just arrived this past Monday. no high hopes here.

i also made my weekly phone call to CS on Monday and got the news that they are continuing to put in OT on behalf of the overwhelming amount of orders received, and also new trainees are involved with the process.

waiting the full cycle or close to it may become closer to the norm. also was told that the business day cycle begins on loggage day, not when actually received, so add that to the mix and it may be awhile before some of us see our cards again.

sigh. i asked my wife to hide all of the sharp objects. image

I don't mind the "specials" taking a little while to log, but when I fork over money for a 5 day turnaround, it would be nice to see loggage occur fairly quickly.

    +1
When I pay for 10 day turnarounds and it takes 11 business days to log.....

I'm not submitting until they get caught up. I don't care if that takes months.
Feel like they're overwhelmed right now.

I finally got the first 500 of a 1000+ card sub to log today, 2 1/2 weeks after I dropped it off at a show. The other one is still pending.

My last sub received 4/23 and still no loggage.

I'm gonna hold off any more subs for awhile and send an order to SGC which has a pretty sweet special this month and they will be back before baseball season ends.

At least the backlog at PSA means the hobby is alive and well !!

159 card sub/ 45 day February special - on business day 41, waited 10 days for loggage
39 card sub/ 45 day March special - on business day 31, waited 7 days for loggage
56 card sub/ 20 day April special - received April 27, still waiting for loggage

In my previous 36 subs dating back 3+ years the longest I've ever waited for poppage was around 20 business days and that was the longest by a week. Most of them popped in under a week and most were under a 45 day special. I've also never waited more than a week for loggage. They must have so many cards there it's hard to move around inside.
