ANSWERED : 2018 postal rate increase (2017 rate $3.00, 2018 rate $3.50 )

I think starting January 22nd the postal rates increase. I send most of my PSA graded cards via First Class Package Service Retail.
I've searched the Internet but have not found out how much the rate increase is, currently paying $3.00, does anyone know?

Hi, EBAY just sent me a notice:
FIRST CLASS 2017 AVERAGE: $3.64
FIRST CLASS 2018 AVERAGE: $4.05
