Set reg ranking question.....

in PCGS Set Registry Forum
lets say for example their are 2 sets. For this post i will say Set A and Set B.

Okay, Set A is ranked 4th, Weighted GPA is 69.90, 100% complete, 94% DCAM, Set Rating is 69.90

Set B is about to be finished. The person adds a new coin that will make the Weighted GPA 69.90, 100% complete, 97% DCAM, set rating 69.90

Now, the question i have is this.. its obvious they will end up being tied for 4th place, but who will be ranked higher? The one with 97% DCAM ? or does that even matter? Does PCGS only go by the Weighted GPA and not consider DCAM/CAM ??

    i believe it would be the set that was registered first.

    Keets is correct. DCAM, RD, and other designators are counted in the scoring process. In the event of 100% complete sets with tied scores, the first registered set is ranked higher. Dave
