You can get a PD for "snow".
Or maybe that's just dust on the scanner?

First, i knew Tim would be among the first......almost wrote that ur not eligible..ha
2nd...some is from from the scanner and the case...but the few spots over his left shoulder is on the card...being an action shot the snow doesn't bother me at all and looks like it belongs with all the dirt and dust flying around...hmm

thanks!...on this one the snow doesn't stand out to me at all, obviously...and def not worth the discount that PD brought it ...seems I've seen plenty with more snow that didnt get the PD...oh well, then I'm even happier.....i was thinking some huge smudge, discoloring, or missing color...(a serious print defect)..that game didnt last long ;)
...tho this magnification brings it out, but not so much with card in hand.

The snow for sure then add in the splotches in the rectangular area where REDS is located.

To me, PSA seems overly picky with 76s and "snow." To my eyes, I'm not bothered by it. That's a great looking card.

Definitely because of snow. There's also a mark along the border near the top left corner.

"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

The "snow" in the background got you the PD qualifier.

I do love the centering on it, though.

Could be the blotches in the yellow star and yellow around "reds."
