How to package sets for shipping?

Does anyone have any tips for packaging and shipping full sets (500-800 cards)?

    I just put them in a couple of smaller 400 card boxes and put them in a priority box from the post office.

    Two 400 count boxes fit in a flat rate bubble mailer. $6.80 last I shipped.

    No a box from the Post Office they will give them to you for free. SH can be all over the place.
