86 fleer jordan question

I just bought a raw Fleer Jordan RC (from a very reputable dealer) and on the top border and near the top left corner the color seems to different. It looks like it's an orange-ish color, almost like the red started to fade. It almost looks like it could be re-colored but the card has white showing on all four corners and some of the edges and it doesn't seem to be covering anything (if it is recolored in these two sports).
I guess my question is has anyone else seen this type of orange border coloring on the Jordan rc?
The color won't show up on a scan either.

First thing you need to do is shine a black light on the card.

What will happen when you shine a black light on it?....what do you look for?
Could you post a pic? Initially I'm thinking of fading dt sun/light.
Not sure how to post a pic. I just looked at the scan I took of the card, I can barely see it.
I'm going to send it to BGS when I get enough cards for a decent size submission anyway. So we'll see how it turns out.
Thanks for the responses.

I'm guessing it magnifies any kind of discoloration/recoloring etc...
It will show where someone has colored in the edges. There is a far more distinctive color pattern
than if you simply eye the card.
I have seen some cards colored so good there is no runoff at the corners or edges.
Most of the time you can tell just by a close look at the edges. The production ink has long dried and then cut clean
so not even a spot should show up at the edge just below the top of the card.
Coloring is common in 1971 Topps baseball. Another thread recently said that it is common in 1958 Topps baseball.
There are SP variations of name in yellow vs name in white. Yellow name is scarce and worth much more............
yellow coloring.
Card just might be a factory pring problem.
