Writing this on the fly, as I need to get to work, but the obverse simply is the Greek version of the emperor's name and title: Emperor M Ant Gordianus Caesar. The reverse: MHTPO - Metro (City) KAICA - I believe that this is the abbreviation for Caesarea. I am not sure about the last letters. ET[delta] - year 4, I believe.
The design on the rear is Mt. Argaeus, the highest peak in the central Anatolian region, in modern day Turkey.

I read Latin legends fairly well but
Greek ones not well at all. What do these say?
