    The game is at 9:00 Eastern Time I believe. I still predict the Lakers will win this series, although it's still going to be tough. I never thought the Kings would be this tough of a matchup for the Lakers, but we will prevail once again, and eventually go on for the 3-peat! GO LAKERS!

    I would say the Lakers if they had home court, but I don't think they can win 2 at Arco.

    I don't know why not. They've done it before, and besides, even if we split the games 1-1, we'll still win it in 7 back in our house...image

    Well, if the Lakers play the same defensive that they did the in the 2nd half of Game 4, then they will be fine. Mike Bibby scored 18 first half points for the Kings, but when the Lakers put Kobe Bryant on him for the second half, he only scored 3 total points in the 2nd half! Just shows what great defensive Kobe has. Lakers are planning on putting Kobe on Bibby throughout the entire Game 5 which is a good choice because Kobe single-handedly stopped him in the second half. Defense wins games, and that includes in ANY sport. GO LAKERS!

    i hope this game is as exciting as game 4.. well it was exciting for the lakers =) hahah i predict kobe that kobe is going to be more agressive and he'll be covering bibby for a quarter or two since he defends the picks better than D fish and Hunter.. is it just me or am i the only one that hates derek fisher? he tries to be the hero all the time always launching three balls and never giving up the rock.. love the lakers but not fisher =) hahah

    How can ya'll say that Fisher sucks? This guy has made some HUGE plays defensively down the stretch for the Lakers and is probably one of the best defensive players on the two teams. He takes the offensive charge better than anyone, and if it wasn't for his tremendous plays in last year's playoffs, then they Lakers would only have ONE ring...not two. He's far from being a sucky player! He might take a lot of 3's, but when he makes them, they are usually big shots. He's just having a tough series...no one is perfect.

    webber is not a clutch player disappears during the 4th cant sink free throws when it counts. Shaq cant hit free throws for sheit but he hits him game 4 is an example he hit his last 6 freet throws. and again fisher sucks monkey nuts... where is mitch richmond? am i wrong but isnt that guy a baller? play richmond give less time to devean george!!

    DERRICK your a laker fan and i consider u to be a cool homie because of that. But i guess i am not so thrilled about fisher is because i looove van exel. lakers shouldnt have let nick go if you look at fishers assists to turnover ratio its riduculous he has hit some big shots i gotta admit and it may be true that the lakers may only have one ring and not 2 but wasnt it tyronn lue that contained iverson in the finals last year? small guards= big trouble for lakers but still i love my lakers to death with or without fisher. p.s. i love the clippers too.

    Props to Fisher on the defensive end. But for every good defensive play, he makes a
    bad decision, whether its a bad shot or pass. Plus homeboy can't guard Bibby!!

    friedel - That's why they are planning on putting Kobe on Bibby for the majority of the game tonight. Kobe held Bibby to only 3 points in the SECOND HALF while Bibby scored 18 in the first half. Just shows why Kobe Bryant is very underrated on the defensive end.

    Don't get me wrong, major Laker fans in this house!
    Only need better performance from Fisher. Thought L. Hunter did well the time he was in.
    Would like to see Mitch play some. Granted his D sucks, but when he is hot, he lights it up.
    Why not give him a few shots!?!

    yeah mitch should play and kobe is an underated defensive player... but he is all nba defensive first team people just tend to talk about his offensive plays then his defense but can u blame them the guy is awesome he is my idol =)

    I agree! I would like to see Mitch get some playing time as well. I'm still shocked that they haven't even give him a SHOT at playing yet...the least they could do is give him a shot and see what he can do.

    i wonder how he feels like he is going to win a championship but he is contributing but he deserves one he has had all the awards except a ring. I wouldnt be too mad if i was him cuz people already know that he can play what do u guys think?

    To answer your question YES I am excited for tonights game... don't know why but I have a feeling the KINGS will win the series... They should be up 3-1 (even Lakers fans should admit that), and that is w/o their #2 threat PEJA!!!!!! Who will guard Peja, if he plays in ANY of the games? Kobe would be wasted on him b/c Bibby would go off and drop 18 in each half. If they put Horry on him, he wouldn't contest Peja's J's, he wasn't in Webbers face for half his jumpers. Just wondering WHO WOULD GUARD PEJA??? If Peja gets back it is a TOTALLY different series for LA.

    im assumming that you say that cause of horrys last shot, he shot it in regulation he wasnt on the line and it went in the hole so it is a good call and the lakers should have won that game considering they scored more points then the kings.
