Problems with the PSA pop report?

Hi guys!

I have been experiencing this frustrating problem with the PSA pop report for the last two weeks and I wonder if I am the only one! I have not been able to access data for any card in the pop report. I do my search, and then it just loads and loads and never shows any results.

The pop report "by player" works fine.

I e-mailed customer support about a week ago, but no answer yet. I tried different computers and networks. No luck. Am I the only one or is this a general problem?

I've been having the same trouble as you are experiencing, for about that same duration too. Does not matter if I use different browsers, or whether or not I am logged in to my account when attempting to access it.

try clearing all your cookies - that's often what causes that sort of issue
  • Thanks for the replies guys. I cleared cookies too, tried PC and Mac, iPad and iPhone. Home and at work. Judging from the replies it looks like it is a a more general problem.
