Apologies in advance if this is well tread ground here. Guess I could also go directly to BBCE with this question, but figured it might be feedback that I can get from everyone here tonight.
Thanks,
John

<< <i>That's good to not make that assumption. Just because that vending box is wrapped doesn't mean it's From a sealed case! >>
+1
Steve will not wrap individual vending boxes but he has wrapped boxes from cases not sealed depending on the source. He will also wrap individual or loose vending boxes from Fritsch.

i would agree to the "no, not necessarily" but see the OPs point in that I've heard he won't seal vending boxes anymore....so from that basis, any wrapped ones must be from a sealed case....right?...but i have seen some old vintage vending boxes with the new wrapper....that I'm sure wasn't from a recent break that wasn't from the early 70s
edit....so they're from Frisch? ok gotcha ..that slipped my mind since i don't even think of his hoard anymore due to prices.
But he has wrapped vending from non sealed cases that he directly reviews. Those boxes aren't labelled FASC.

That may be the case now, but I still think he would wrap boxes from a partial 1970's or early 1980's case if he felt they were clean and knew the history. He has in the past.
