Baseball Set Builder Trading - 1965 & 1970's

Hi All,

I've been working on building the 1965 Topps set, as well as each set from the 1970's for the last couple of years. I have been able to build a fair inventory of doubles from the various sets and am interested in seeking out trade partners who may also be working on building these sets.

I'm working on these sets in NM and NM+ condition (1971 being the one set that I'm more lenient on). I love a card with sharp corners and edges and can tolerate off-centered (although, nothing grossly OC, like 90/10). I still need a good amount of stars from these sets, but don't have a good amount of stars to trade back, so I would anticipate that the bulk of the trading would consist of commons and semi-stars.

In addition to my needs lists below, I'm also providing an sample of doubles I have to get a feel for condition. These would be indicative of the condition I'm looking for as well. If you have any needs of cards in lesser condition, I have a small variety in VG+ to EX in the 1965, 1970 through 1972, and 1975 sets. The bulk of my doubles from 1974 and 1976 through 1979 are NM.

One thing that I would ask of prospective trade partners is for scans or sample of scans of the cards he or she may have from my list. I will do the same.

Thanks for reading and for your interest!

JDRF saves lives, let not another child walk down the path of juvenile diabetes alone. Consider giving either time or money, it will come back to you. $15,800 and counting....
