Looking to sell my Whipple Supercharger for a 1996-2000 5.7L GM. It's brand spanking new and never used. I just never got around to using it. I wanted cash, but wouldn't mind some cards or a combination of the two. I'm looking for:
1968 Topps baseball NMMT
1975 Topps baseball NMMT
1986 Fleer basketball NMMT
1970s'-80's unopened
PM and let me know what you have.

<< <i>Dude wtf is it? >>
The OP clearly states what it is in the opening line of his post?

It is basically a twin screw air induction system that forces air into an engine to burn fuel more efficiently resulting in a horsepower increase. Many of the diesel engines in heavy eguipment and big trucks use what is commonly called a roots blower or supercharger. This same type of supercharger is used on top fuel and funny cars in drag racing. These engines produce 10,000 or more horsepower.

Definition of SUPERCHARGER
: a device (as a blower or compressor) for pressurizing the cabin of an airplane or for increasing the volume air charge of an internal combustion engine over that which would normally be drawn in through the pumping action of the pistons.
1996-2000 = Years
5.7L = Engine
GM = General Motors
What part did you miss? After he CLEARLY explained and to hit a guy with, "Dude, WTF is it?"
<< <i>You're obviously a car guy. >>
No not really.
<< <i>If you don't speak car-ese >>
I don't speak makeup-ese but I know what blush is.
<< <i>It wasn't clear to me. So I asked. >>
Lol
Not being a car guy I had to Google what the heck it was too.
Sadly JWall037 Clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed and put on his partner's underwear on backward because no one normally would post like that at 7:33 AM with their underwear on the right way. Best of luck tomorrow morning JWall037.

<< <i>wow. so that will make my car do that? >>
I have a funny feeling that car is doing that without a supercharger!
I had a 69 Chevelle SS clone with a 400 Cortez silver
Wish I had taken more photos, but this was a day and age before digital cameras

<< <i>Thats got to be pretty rare model,,,who wants a chevelle anyhow!
>>
Yeah, it is pretty rare. There were only 702 built. They were built in Canada and couldn't be sold in the US. It is estimated that there are 70-100 left and most of those are still in Canada. I figure there are 10-15 in the US.
