1920 Black Sox Ball at Goldin

I'm a bit out of my element here, but caught a mention of this on ESPN. It does not make any sense as Jackson was and remained illiterate. He learned to trace his signature with his wife's help later in life, but most of his signatures out there are actually hers and this ball claims to have his in 1920?

Isn't this the same Goldin who partnered with Don West?

When I do a quick search, it mentions the shop at home. What else were they involved in? What's their reputation in this community?
