Anyone having trouble with registry inventory?

I have a card that should be listed in one of my sets and it is not showing as listed anywhere. I have reentered the cert number a few times and it says that the card is already in my inventory, however it is not showing anywhere in my inventory or my sets. Just curious if anyone has had this problem. Thanks!

Working on the following sets
1980's and 1990's Topps Baseball BBCE FASC - Cello or Wax Boxes
1952 Bowman US Presidents PSA 7 & up
Pro Football Hall of Fame Indianapolis Colts PSA Registry Set
June 9th Cubs full ticket or stubs - 1981 to 2020
Andre Dawson Topps Basic registry PSA 10's
Mark Grace Topps Basic registry PSA 10's

    Just find the card in the my inventory and see if added to sets. I have this issue at times when site and or web service is having issues.

    It is not listed in my inventory or anywhere else but still says that it is. Just can't figure out why. Thanks.

    Options
    Make sure that some filter is not set at the top of your my inventory screen such as "with image" or "without image". You can choose Clear Filters to assure this.
