Congratulations to Cosetta Robbins

I would like to congratulate Cosetta Robbins on her promotion to Set Registry Manager.

In my business career I have dealt with hundreds if not thousands of people and Cosetta is at the very top of my list. She is always professional, helpful and takes a real interest in solving any problems that arise in a very timely manner.

    I can second that.

    I think the whole PSA staff does a great job on keeping the registry up. Cosetta is
    the go to person for many of us for years.

    A promotion well deserved.

    What a wonderful and most deserving promotion for Cosetta.

    I have personally dealt with Cosetta for well over 10 years, both seeing her in person at shows (Both PCGS and PSA) and over the phone and she has been nothing but 100% professional and such a delight to speak too. It has been an absolute joy to see her and to get to know her over these years. She really is such an intelligent and helpful asset to Collectors Universe.

    I'll have to go back through emails to be 100% certain but I believe she's the one who helped me out with the Scott Stevens registry. Unusual name rings a bell. Very nice and helpful in the emails, told me when the registry went live on here. Which i thought was quite cool. Best of luck to her image

    Cosetta is a GREAT example of someone who understands customer service!

    She has helped me on several occasions and is always prompt and courteous.
