I think that if you used thumbnails and hyperlinks like I do in my collections and BST threads, it might make those of us with slower connections happier than waiting for a chain of bigger pictures like that to load. I live out in the boondocks where my only "high speed" option is overpriced, unreliable satellite DSL, and it's often as bad or worse than dialup.
(I sooo can't wait until the cable layers get out to our part of the county. We've waited a couple of years. As fate would have it, I'm told our particular "dead zone" is barely a mile in radius.)
So what I'm sayin' is, I can load your pix, but it takes a looong time. Your text loads first, but when I start reading it, the page bounces every time my fargin' computer finally loads another picture, and I end up gnashing my teeth in frustration.
Not that you should necessarily cater to those of us who are stuck with antiquated 20th century surfing speed. Just an FYI, that's all.
