My horrible ordeal with Iversons3Ball I sent on our deal on the 3rd we were supposed to send same time but he didnt send till 23rd 20 days later but i let him go cause i heard hes having some problems and he told me he would add a gu and 15 dollar card to the deal since he was so late but now ive had enough simpathy and patience for this kid i got to show you guys this please read from bottom to top

    So if I read that right , You have the cards that were to be sent to you in the trade..What your trying to get him to send are the extras,Right?


    Is it acceptable to charge "interest" on late or long running trades...If so theres a couple folks who are gonna owe me like a vehicle or house by the time I see cards...

    I would say given coltons present and past problems completeing trades you should feel lucky to have gotten anything..Thank your lucky stars and forget the extras..

    And everyone be on the lookout cause when this happened to Colton in the past he just started changing screen names every week.

    yeah AI but i didnt ask for the extras in the first place he volunteered to send them then just never did
    oh and the cards was supposed to be a MGS 10 but its raw (not that big of an upset might have cracked it anyway)

    hate to say it.. but I have heard this tune before... be thankful... I waited a month.. and got 1/2 my own cards back.. paid 5 bucks for shipping from Philly to Oregon... one month later.. got 1/2 my cards back in a plain white envelope..

    this is definately getting to be a habit for him...

    Too much inconvenience and too much risk. But I do enjoy reading these trading "complaint" posts. Each one is unique. I remember years ago when I was trading someone some RCs for some inserts. We suppose to have sent at the same time, but I had to take a 2 day trip. Got back on Sunday, packaged the cards up to ship out on Monday. I usually go to the post office on my way to work because it is right on the way. Well, their package arrived. Instead of the cards I was suppose to get, that person sent me some GMC Protein instant shake (pour and add water). Glad I didn't send yet. They swore up and down that they sent cards and was upset that I didn't send at same time. Now, you have those who send empty top loaders. I did a few trades when I got here, but most of them didn't go well because some people don't know what MINT means (not going to say any names). So, since I just buy the cards I want and sell everything else, it's been less stressful. I did get ripped off on Ebay once this year by georgefan96@yahoo.com who is no longer registered on Ebay. I still got his address. I just file it in the "bad trader" section and eat that $6.50 I sent him. I know it's not coming back and not worth filing mail fraud charges over.

    According to this situation, Iverson3ball offered those himself. Donnie didn't demand them. I had someone to do me like that on Ebay once. Kept giving me the run around for a month and a half, so I told them to just keep the cards and send me a refund and whenever the cards get here (if they sent), I will return them. They said I'll give you a refund, but when cards get there, just keep them. Well, 1 1/2 weeks later, the card arrive and of course no refund. I told me then, since I got cards what do I think is fair. Of course, never got that refund. Funny thing is, the card went down $10 during the long wait.

    Exactly mcdee...I have had some great chat friends that would trade cards with me in the past, and they ended up screwing me in the end and then never hearing from them again. Don't know what the world is coming too...

    Donnie- You got your cards,they where just really late,right? He sent in an envelope,but the cards were fine, right? You have to keep in mind that he is young,probly doesn't have a car,or much money. I think he depends on his Mom to help with a lot of his trading. I just completed a trade with him. I got my cards about a MONTH late! (and I think one of em' was the wrong one).And they were also in a regular envelope. But, they got here,and they were nice cards. I even made a THANK YOU FOR THE TRADE post. Now will I trade with him again?Maybe. Will I discourage others to trade with because he is a bad trader?No. I don't think he would ever rip anyone off. I'm sure others have had successfull trades with him. Maybe you should just take this as a bad experience,and not trade with him again.image

    id rather not trade at all then receive a month late and if hes not responsible enough to send correctly and on time than you shouldnt trade at all

    gotta go with db on this one.... if told in advance that a trader was going to send one month after you do... you wouldnt do it... who would??? if anyone is willing to send me 1000 dollars... I will send it back to you in one month.. minus the interest of course. its exaggerated... but it is the same premise, and people should be made aware of coltons transgressions...

    So, I guess if someone decided to have an age limit when trading would be wrong too, right? That's no excuse. If you know 100% that you can mail the stuff off, then you shouldn't be trading. Some people get addicted to trading and just can't help themselves. You hear people saying, "I got 9 trades going today". Too much for them to handle I suppose.

    hey colton...If you check i too have been waiting a month for that cap i sent you 20 bucks for. you keep telling me you sent it. that was two weeks ago...I NOW only have 16 days to get the cap from you and turn around and send it in...Put the cap in a padded envelope, put 2 stamps on it and put it in your mail.....image

    I agree with all of you. Other members should be warned,as this post is doing. I'm just sayin' that maybe they should be warned that he is slow. I'd hate to see the kid get blacklisted for sending late. Well,OK,really late.LOL I'll admit,often I send out 1-3 days later then I say,because I never know when I'm getting off work and I like to go to the PO to insure the cards. Sometimes the PO is closed. Granted,I always let the other person know the reason for the hold-up,but I would REALLY hate to be called a bad trader for it.image

    we made the deal the end of march. i sent money on the 3rd of april..finally on the 10th he told me he got it after i told him i was going to track the money order. then he asked for my address again. never heard from him again until the 17th when he said he sent it. On the 23rd he told me he was sorry and was working on it and would send, he told me i would have it in a week..well as you know i don't have it. I believe now he never had the cap..Thank god for phone numbers
