Who doesn't like IKE? While I was stationed at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in DC, I was sometimes tasked to the VIP floor to care for folks. The VIP floor was host to the presidential suite, IKE died there. His spouse donated their china, and several pieces of his artwork. I was unaware that he was an amateur water-colorist. His 5 star flag is also on display. Quite a wealth of history on such a great man. IKE was also a coin collector, some of his pieces are on display at the smithsonian in the presidents section.
