For Sale: Complete 1944 "Lifeboat" Vintage Cast Collection SP's, Documents, Candids, Etc.,

Hi All,

I am selling a complete cast collection of signed photos, candids, notes, documents etc. from the 1944 Hitchkock film Lifeboat.

Collection includes an original 1944 Fox Studio film still (double weight and studio marked and embossed, from the Danish Release), Danish release Program and the following signatures:

Tallulah Bankhead - "Constance Porter", signed studio portrait C. 1944, matte finish gelatin silver print, double weight, fountain pen
William Bendix - "Gus Smith", signed candid photograph, entering a theater 1952, signed in fountain pen
Walter Slezak - "Willy", signed candid, on the street in San Francisco C. 1952, from the Violet and Francis Zane Collection, fountain pen
Mary Anderson - "Alice MacKenzie", signed album page, C. 1945, fountain pen
John Hodiak - "John Kovac", signed candid, on the street in San Francisco C. 1952, from the Violet and Francis Zane Collection, fountain pen
Henry Hull - "Charles J. Rittenhouse", signed note, December, 1933, fountain pen
Heather Angel - "Mrs. Higgins", signed card, C. 1955, ballpoint pen
Hume Cronyn - "Stanley 'Sparks' Garett", signed Players Directory page (rev signed by John Craven), C. 1945, from the Violet and Francis Zane Collection, fountain pen

    Usual lifetime guarantee, as always. I have seen one other complete set and nearly all forged - of course the still was not genuine.

    Here is a link to images of this cast collection on offer - the Angel is not shown although very nice on card with pasted photo vintage - others have been upgraded. Offers accepted - all guaranteed of course, forever. Original still, studio embossed, and program too - from the 1949 release (soonest could b after WW2 with censors in Denmark) but 1944 stamped still stock was reused so original with many desirable stamps. Original paper for this film is tough. Canada Lee is tough. A set I am proud to offer. That Bankhead is in character, double-weight and a quality photographers portrait stamp is to be seen...others are unique candids...something like 12 years to accomplish. And an example of nearly every type of autograph form to collect so quite a neat collection on many levels.
