Was not struck well near the date. Looks like the bottom of a 3,5,6 or 8 Thanks

I am inclined to suggest 1835

Thanks - 1835 is what I was leaning towards as well.

I agree, the best guess is 1835. Then next mostly likely was 1833 with 6 and 8 not likely.
