1974 Topps Puzzle Test packs question

New here and just was hoping to get some info on something a card shop...They have a sealed 1974 topps test issue puzzle. Very reputable card shop, i've been dealing with the owners for 15+ years now so i'm not worried about if its legit or not. I'm looking to see what a good price would be for one of these? The pack is sealed & only has 1 crease on the back where the folds meet. It's overall a very visually appealing piece. I've searched ebay & looked thru auction catalogs to see if I can find anything and i can only find the actual puzzle that has been sold for different guys. My question is about how much should these sell for sealed? Will any grading companies touch these sealed? Thanks for any & all replies and thoughts

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
