I messaged the seller to let him know, and it sounds like he is on the up and up. Doesn't sound like he had any idea. I told him to weigh it and test it with a magnet, but both of those didn't prove it was counterfeit, so I sent him a picture from CoinFacts and also a link to this thread. If he doesn't do the right thing and take the listing down, I'm sure eBay will pull it.
I'm pretty sure the seller had no idea it was a fake. the funny/sad thing is that it looks like the seller bought this on Ebay about a week ago and thought he could flip it for a big profit.

In our correspondence, he mentioned he bought two items from a fellow eBay seller, and after letting him know this one was fake, he took both to his local B&M who confirmed both are fake. He was going to return them to the previous seller.
