New grading scale condition "USED NOT ABUSED" -Funny Ebay Listing

Since this is the second time this auction has come up in a search I figured I would post it.

"USED NOT ABUSED" must be slightly above "BURNED TO H*LL" and "RIPPED TO SH*T" in his grading scale.

I do believe PSA needs to start using "Used NOT Abused" instead of "Good".

It sounds more professional to me.

looks like they ran it thru the washing machine a few times
