i have an account on AIM, not AOL, AIM. well i want to create an actual e-mail address for it. when i open the setup it metions a POP3 and other things.

I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did'nt think you could have an aol email w/out them being your service provider...But if it says pop then apparently you can...Pop mail is an ooutside email addy you can get an addy through yahoo and access "Pop" mail through it ..Try creating your aol acct. then if you have a yahoo or hotmail go to that and find the Pop section (ie. check other mail)..You should be able to view your aol mail through that..
