Speculation that drop is being forced to justify an early release of QE3.0

Have they ever shut down the exchange due to losses?
Is there a limit for the loss column before they cut the power?
    Thought I read somewhere 700.

Black Friday? Nah. I noticed the market's whooping 10 min after close, so I didn't get in. That insures it will be up 500 tomorrow.

How about a 1,000 points since July 19 and 1,400 since the 7th of July. It feels like there's more to come.

Shanghai Composite opens in 4.5 hours, and Nikkei opens in 3.
Will they receive a whollop too?

It's been a couple of years since they announced that the
reccession was over, since then housing prices have droped
PM's have gone through the roof, unemployment has risen,
the dollar has fallen, but when we were told the reccession
ended, they forgot to tell us the depression is just starting.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could immediately return defective elected leaders, like we do when receiving defective merchandise from the store.

and if the stock market "lost" billions of dollars today, where did that money "go"? was it "destroyed"? Like, with "keystrokes" image

I was wondering where all the money went.

Large investors have moved so much money into cash accounts at Bank of New York that on Thursday the bank said it would begin charging some clients a 0.13 percent fee to hold their cash.
From an article I noticed; Yahoo Finance.
