Going BACK TO THE TOP TIL I RECEIVE TRFSTPTCH BAD TRADER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sent these same words to one of the board members. He agreed with me that I wasn't at fault so I have decided to take it public after waiting many days without even a promise to make the deal correct or how it will be corrected.

Here it is
"I recently did a trade with Trfstptch. It was his unused kobe ecard and a hoops kobe rookie for my jason richardson platinum rookie. We were to send at the same time. He sent about 5 days later. That didn't bother me much. But when I received the kobe ecard had been scratched and been entered so I can't use it. I asked him to trade back because his deal didn't stand up to his part. He responded that it was scratched when he got it and he nor the person before him used it. He said that someone had it before him. So I imed the previous owner and he said that he never scratched it. So I asked him again for a trade back and he said he traded it to someone else without making sure I even received my cards. So I asked for a replacement or cash to get one but did offer me so cards that wouldn't match up to my richardson rookie even with my hoops rookie. He refused both and now he has been ignoring my Pms and my Im's."

I will keep this up until I receive one of the following two.
1. a platinum richardson rookie near the same condition
or 2. cash to replace the rookie.

When I receive these I will return his cards.
Thanks and please remember this while doing trades with him.

    You are absolutely right. Completing a trade isn't just about sending your half of the deal. Its about sending cards in the condition you described when you agreed to the trade... whether it be a question of a card being mint, or in the case of an e-card, unscratched.

    As for him ignoring your PM's and IM's, no big surprise. This guy is a scammer from the old days of CU. Talk to TopofOhio. TrFstPtch tried to scam him, until Dan called the kid's parents. I'm sure TopofOhio will help you out with any info you need.

    Alright, I'll send you your card just send mine back. I DIDN'T DIGITIZE IT. Don't accuse me of a being a bad trader because I'm not. I didn't know it was digitized, honest. If I did, I wouldn't have made the trade in the first place. So don't say I knew. Its not my fault, Jason said he didn't digitize it and I believe him. I didn't either. You couldn't contact me first? I didn't receive any messages from you within the past couple of days and I wanted to tell you something and you were never on. You must not have received my pm. But don't accuse me of being a bad trader. Card will be sent back today. If I don't receive mine back within four days of today, I will do something. Please edit your post as this was just a BIG MISUNDERSTANDING.

    To clarify:

    I am happy that I will be receiving my card back. That is all I wanted in the first place. I have talked to people on your Im name and have asked them to have you get ahold of me. I have given them my email address and told them to have you email me. I have also attempted to contact you thourgh AIM, Email, as well as Pm. Your cards will be sent back as soon as I receive mine. This will been done only to insure that I do receive my cards back. The post will be deleted and I won't say anything futher about this or any of the other problems as long as you don't rip others off, which I have confidence that you won't. I am sorry it had to come to this. I will edit the title to say that you are making the deal fair.

    He sent he just misrepresented his cards. He agreed to return which you can see here. I haven't received them. As soon as I get the cards back I will delete this post. That is all it takes.     I agree that it only takes one screw up to make a bad tarder, but I still believe this is just a misunderstanding. Like I said, TR's a good guy nd I'd confidently trade with him anytime.

    If I remember the posts correctly he and Top did a blind trade thing..Topp was to recieve like a $50 Mcguire insert and TR was to get some Bkball RC's...They both sent TR said he got a bunch of low end RC's from Top the highest being $8 or sumpthin' and asked for a trade back or sumpthin''That or TR had'nt sent the Mcguire and wanted to return Tops cards or some deal can't remember but I dont think it was a ripoff situation...

    i'll stick up for TR too..He's one of the few traders I gave one of my "installmebnt trade deals" too..(Ie. did'nt have anything but wanted some of my cards so I sent what he wanted in return for his word he'd send me something I need when he got it)...And he did..And sent quickly at that..Since then we've not traded but I've always sent him freebies ont the side when I pull something he might want...he's a good kidimage

    If TR owes 8kobe some cards, which it certainly seems he does, he needs to send them no question about it. I just wanted to make sure this post didn't lead people to believe that TR is a bad trader.

    That is what I asked for. If he would have sent I wouldn't have cared in the first place because he corrected it. He hasn't. If he doesn't then he will forever be a bad trader in my mind even if he has had good trades before. Every trade is the same. If it was a trade for $1 card or a $1000 card it is still a trade and should be completed.

    TrFstPtch is a BAD trader.

    Some time ago we agreed to a trade. After 2 weeks (or so) of not recieving anything I PM'ed him & he told me he did NOT recieve anything from me either. So I kept PM'ing him for a while but he kept saying he didnt recieve anything. I didnt believe him but there really wasnt anything I could do since both packages "were lost in the mail".
    Then "TopOfOhio" made a bad trader post about him & I posted in that saying he scammed me as well. Well, then he finally sent me the cards that he claimed were lost in the mail.

    I would NEVER trade with him.

    If you would read this post before you open your mouth you would realize that I have tried to complete this outside the forum. I was gone for 15 mins at the most and when I was gone he imed me. He was told by my brother that I would be on in a few. When I got on I imed him and he signed off.

    This isn't the first time he has done this as you can read on the other posts!!!! One bad trade made good is one thing as long as they correct it. Three bad trades is another.

    If you think this topic is stupid - don't look at it. It's not like it takes up the whole board or anything so quit your whining.
    This whole topic is good as a warning to new members, so they don't "trade" with him.

    But you are right about one thing, everytime some one gives evidence that he is a bad trader, fools like your are going to step up for him with lame comments like "He is a great trader" when that clearly isnt the case. Just because he did an X amount of good trades with you & he is your friend dosnt mean he is like that to everyone.

Why is it these guys can just claim Tr's a bad trader, and we all blindly believe it, instead oving a guy with a LOT of good deals and references the benefit of the doubt?
    If I were to come on here, and just say "Oh, cardnyou's a bad trader" and I got someone else to say it to, would you all sudden;ly add him to your bad traders list?
    The bottom is line is this: I know TrFstPtch,a nd I have tarded with TrFstPtch. I don't know 8kobe or Mik from a hole in the wall.

    You would be surprised if you knew how many people have complained about TrFstPtch, but I guess that was before your time? Don't act like you know everything about a subject you know absolutely NOTHING about. I'm basing my statements on facts while you are basing them on Guessing & friendship.

    And it's no wonder that he didnt scam you when you supposedly are so good friends.

    Is he a "GREAT trader" just because he dosnt scam his friend?

    Seems to me if he wasn't a bad trader he would be addressing the situation in a proper manner.The fact that he isn't, screams louder than all of his buddies defending him ever will.
    Along with other long time members of this forum having been ripped by him in the past & no reason for the current members making thier claims other than what they are saying is true just adds credence to thier claims.
    While his buddies loyalty is touching it just might be time to take off the blinders & look at the whole person.Even Tiger had a bogey yesterday;nobody is perfect!! That & a tiger can't change his stripes;only his screen name!! Our 2 cents.

    Ryan, one thing you might want to look at is past complaints about FS. Also the 2 members that are complaining about FS have been here along time and heck of alot longer then you so i think they would know more about FS past then you. Now its nice that you had a good deal with FS but it looks like these guys are getting the shaft. You made your point and its noted that you had a great trade with FS. But its stands to reason that he is not contacting kobe8 and finishing the deal or fixing things.

    Your only as good as your last trade. No mater how many good deals you have had it only takes ONE screwup to trash your reputation.

    TTT freinds or not I think the evidence is very clear in this situation. I value friendship as much as anyone here but I also realize that people can do some stupid things.
