The grading(?) company label is confusing. The abbreviation for pennyweight is dwt, not Pwt. Why would the Grading Company use pennyweight measurement to indicate Silver content of a coin anyway, unless they were attempting to be deceptive? All of the listings in the Franklin Mint product catalog have silver content in troy ounces.

That's the lowest grade I have ever seen on an SGS holder. I saw an MS69 once.

First impression is that it is a plated piece at best.
