Little League Baseball Highlight

It is only 7 and 8 year olds but it was pretty cool. My son's team was playing the Yankees. The Yankees had blown out every team they have played. We were losing 6-2 going into the bottom of the last inning. We scored 3 runs to pull within 6-5 with 2 outs and runners on first and second. My son came to bat.

Golly what memories this brings back to me.My Son was 9 wins no losses as a 10 yr old.A tall lanky righthander who struck out almost everyone he faced howerever lost city championship 5 to 4.Now he is pitching up a storm up in heaven. I have a gut feeling he has pitched a couple no hitters up there.

Here is his rookie card. I also have a rare autograph version. I actually named him Aaron after Hank Aaron.

I coach a 10U team here in Miami. Its so funny the way the move at that age. Watch the kids round third and slide into home.
Funny thing is here we are the undefeated team that everyone wants to beat. We are 6-0 and I know they all are dying to beat us. Of course its all luck in that we ended up with pitching.

Nice hit. I like Joey taking the catcher out for no reason whatsoever.
  • The first runner is out!! The third base coach made contact with the runner!! Protest the damn game, we've got video proof of the play!!
Learn some history of the game. Join a vintage base ball team in your area and get out there.

Was not a coach. It was a mother.
