Nowheres near a ton, but last year we had one customer buy $4,000,000 at one shot......twice!
We just had Brinks deliver it to us in his bank vault, where we made the delivery.

I ship fashion items, so a truck or an air pallet it could be worth even few millions, but shipping one ton of gold...wow, it must be fun! (I know that at the end it is not)

If you can afford the $40 MILL for a ton of gold, $300/yr shouldn't set you back too much. The insurance would be sizeable though.

You take the sheet metal box out and leave it out and just fill the space with your goodies.
I know a guy who loaded up a 12X12 box but when he tried to pull it out on another visit he pulled the cheap handle off the box.
