My old roommate e-mailed me this morning and said "Smashed a spider the size of a Morgan Half this morning." Haha, thought it was kinda funny...and I'm glad I don't live there anymore

We have tarantulas out here which are 3" or 8cm or two silver dollars wide.

Harmless but scary looking.
