A new ebay member (June 15) lists a card for $200,000 twice, which results in two $2 insertion fees.
My guess is that someone just had themselves a laugh at ebay's $4 expense. Wouldn't you think that ebay would have some way of preventing this kind of thing?

It is only free if starting price is .99.
