These are 99.99% of the time a scam. So what if he posts the "winners" e-mail address. It can be a long distance relative.

Totally against eBay TOS stands a good chance of becoming "No Longer A Register User".
But if it's legit the odds are a lot better than the last lottery tickets I bought.
