    A VERY Happy Thanksgiving to all! We're getting ready to eat a great 20# SMOKED turkey, 1 pm CST. Got up this am at 5 and in the smoker it went. Kids are here, 83 yr old Mom is here, it's all about family!

    P.S. Our Turkey lays silver eggs.

    Did you know that wild turkeys can
    fly several hundred feet at a time.

    They are very smart.

    They are very cunning

    They have more dark meat because they are
    more active and the dark meat is muscle.

    Wild turkeys taste better the domestic birds.
