    I am curious which president just died? Not sure about the three day state funeral going on, but I am guessing that could only be discussed on the weekend. And probably still couldn't be done in its own dedicated thread. image

    I think you pegged it, It's the Irish factor and the Royalty factor combined. It is sad to see a generation pass away before our eyes so publically as we have watched the Kennedy brothers. There are just not many of that generation left. I now personally know very few WW2 vets still living as well.
