SBA$ 1999 P MS68 POPULATION = 2

Is the population # correct for SBA$ 1999 P MS68. I now see it as 2. Anybody now about this?

The number of 99-D's in 68 has been steadily increasing, so it wouldn't surprise me if a few P-mints found their way into a 68 holder as well.

I have been trying but with no luck to make a 99-P in MS68. I can say for sure that I made the last nine 99-D MS68's and maybe one more if I can find my submission report from last year. These last six 99-D's were a very pleasant surprise but I was really trying for the "P" and it seems that PCGS is a bit more tuff in grading the P's than the D's. All of the P's look like pure road kill. I think the guys at the Philly Mint must have been required to jump up and down on these with golf shoes before they sent them out!!!!
I still have a couple of sub's into PCGS right now but I really doubt that this new one could be one of mine. It would be nice to know who got it though.
