Quess The Grade... Seated Quarter Style.

The pics are fairly accurate except the coin shows more luster in hand and ever slightly darker than the pics. It is in a PCGS slab.
Guess away... comments pro or con welcome.

    XF40, though an XF45 slab grade wouldn't surprise me. Looks like the surfaces may have had a cleaning attempt at some point but that may just be the photo.

    Why is it that rhe 1853 & 1853, both with A/R do not seem

    to come in high BU with a luster to them. They always seem

    so rough looking even when the rare BU shows up?

    Having looked at lots and lots of 1853 quarters I'd say that on average... they aren't usually packed with "eye appeal", nor do I think this one has much eye appeal but condition wise it's fairly clean.
