Nice tone. Reverse keeps it about 63RB, but a 64 is not beyond consideration.

The spot (or "soul patch") on the chin is my least favorite "feature" of this coin as well. Lincoln's shoulder and jaw are both free of major marks, but I don't like spots on 65s. The toning camouflages it a little, but I still think it would most likely grade 64RB. I have two others I pulled from the same album that I'll post this weekend sometime.
