    has the Amon Carter look to it but i'm assuming by specifying FULL provenance you want to go back further than that

    I believe that is the Norweb coin, lot:3808, Bowers and Merena, 11/1988. This coin sold in a Heritage Auction as a PCGS PR66 in April, 2008, then reappeared in a Heritage Auction in Sept., 2008 as a NGC PR67*.

    Almost every attractively toned proof seated dollar ends up in an overgraded NGC holder ... makes the series very difficult to collect.

    NGC is not the only TPG that has graded this coin 67.
