Fraud ebay listing? Need your help

A friend pointed out this ebay listing (#320384729210)

Fredonia on ebay

Everything looks legit, though the note sold for a low price.

The only problem is, I own this very note and have for the last three years (Heritage 4/27/2006). It's sitting next to my computer as I'm typing this. The picture, including the CGA holder, is from the Heritage web site

So, the auction's has to be a fraud.

Everything about the listing appears to be legit. How do we all spot this as fake, and protect ourselves.
