Show Report Pasadena (Tx)

The Pasadena (Texas) Coin Club had their fall coin show the weekend. It is a tough slot since it is during the Thanksgiving weekend and before the larger national Houston Money Show.

It features mostly local dealers and is for the casual more relaxed audience.

Still, I did go and faithfully visit a couple of my favorite dealers and purchases a couple of items. But, I did hold back in anticipation for the upcoming Money Show.

I attended the show on Friday, so I can't speak for the weekend. For a day after thanksgiving it was decently attended. I had to wait to see my favorite dealers, they were busy. Some buying and some selling.

Prices were holding steady for good material. No bargains or steals. Overheard, dealers looking for any type of gold at or near melt, not much to be found at that price range.

I was able to buy a nice 1935 peace dollar pcgs ms64 and some foreign material.
