Only change is the bit about not giving the notation on what they would grade it if it didn't cross. The TRUVIEW never did apply (I tried that over a year ago ).
I sent 8 in last week and asked for cross at same grade (or better, but that is usually a pipe dream ). I won't do a "cross at any grade" as I buy the coin, not the holder, and feel comfortable with the coins at the grades they are....I do admit, for future sales potential and for registry, these are the ones I want in PCGS plastic though. One is an "Eagle Eye" sticker IHC, another is a SVDB, another is a MPL, etc......

You have to complain about it on the forum to get the fees refunded.
I shipped a coin in recently for crossover (at any grade).
I had one recently like that. I wrote "no minimum grade" in two places on the form. They returned the coin in the NGC slab with a tag that indicated their minimum grade. After a flurry of calls and emails, they said they will fix it at no additional cost to me.
There has never been TrueView with crossover. Because of the way the workflow is designed at PCGS, the imaging is done before grading. Since they don't know in advance whether a coin will cross, they can't take it out of the third-party holder to image prior to grading. For this reason, only coins submitted in PCGS holders were originally eligible for TrueView. I think they can also do it on raw submissions, since the coin is already holder-free prior to the grading room.

I should know sometime later this week if this is true.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
