A "Nomar Moment" ?

Sox fans remember a game in 2004 against NYY (Yankees fan likely remember too) that was one of the most exciting BOS-NYY clashes in the last decade (reg season)...players on both teams were at the top step of each dugout cheering the action on the field. One guy was sitting alone sulking, apparently he didn't care about winning. I couldn't help but think as I watched the replay for the 5th time today that Manny had a Nomar moment last night. Any thoughts?

No burnout is allowed making that kind of loot. And no, its not like any other job

<< <i>No Nomar moment -- when it comes to Manny, anything is possible, so I think any Nomar comparison is reading too much into it. >>
Nomar is not hitting on to much this year only 2 HRS.
<< <i>The two fisticuff incidents this season did it for me, I still love the guy and he is my favorite Sox player so I will continue to give him a few free passes. He might be burnt out? Like any job your going to find times where your at some low points, maybe this is just that- hopefully Manny will come around, a nice game winning HR might be in order... >>
Well then, will a game-tying HR work?
<< <i> We can only hope that Manny suffers the same fate that Nomar did. >>
So as a baseball fan, you are happy when a great player like Nomar ends up having injuries? If so, that's a shame!
