Do any dealers or auction houses do a lot of business in Singapore?
I am putting a pitch together for The Man, outlining why I want to do a particular transaction in Singapore versus Hong Kong. As part of my research, I am outlining the various tax incentives that Singapore offers as compared to Hong Kong (Longacre likes Singapore much better than HK, which I view as an Asian Manhattan). One tax incentive is as follows:
"Approved art and antique dealers will be granted a concessionary tax rate of 10% on income derived from transactions with approved auction houses on behalf of non-residents."
Does anyone have any experience with this incentive provision? How broadly is "antique dealers" defined, and does it include coin dealers? I know some dealers on these boards spend a lot of time in Asia, so I was curious what people's experience was with this.

Problem solved.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
...and, lo and behold, I came upon another Sea Eagle Coins... in Singapore...
They appear to be well established over a number of years...
Do a quick search and you will get a number of links to their website...
I think ColonialCoinUnion could shed some light on this subject.
